Our commitment

We manufacture components to customer drawings. The measure of our performance is simple: does the part conform, did it arrive when promised, and can we prove both.

Principles

Conformity is not negotiable. A part that does not meet the drawing is not shipped. Where a deviation is unavoidable, it is raised with the customer before shipment and shipped only against a written concession.

Measurement before opinion. Every claim we make about a part is backed by a measurement taken with calibrated equipment traceable to national standards.

Prevention over detection. Manufacturability is reviewed at quotation stage, first articles are approved before production release, and critical characteristics are monitored through the run rather than sorted at the end.

Traceability by default. Material lot, machine, operator, programme revision and inspection data are recorded for every job and retained for a minimum of ten years.

Honest communication. If a job is going to be late, we say so as soon as we know. If we made a bad part, we say that too, remake it at our cost, and issue a documented corrective action.

Continuous improvement

Non-conformances, customer complaints and internal audit findings feed a corrective action process with verified effectiveness. Management reviews quality objectives, on-time delivery and first-pass yield at defined intervals and allocates resources accordingly.

Certification status

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Certification to ISO 13485 (medical devices) and IATF 16949 (automotive) is in progress, with AS9100D (aerospace) to follow. We state certification status accurately and do not claim certifications we have not obtained.

Customer audits and third-party inspections are welcome at any time by arrangement.
