How we work
We are a contract manufacturer of precision-machined components. That sentence does a lot of work: it means we do not sell a catalogue, we make what your drawing specifies, and the drawing is the contract.
Most of our customers are engineering teams — design engineers, buyers and quality managers who have a print, a deadline and a tolerance they cannot compromise on. What they usually want from a supplier is not the lowest price on a spreadsheet, but a predictable one: parts that measure right, arrive when promised, and come with the paperwork their own quality system demands.
What we chose to invest in
Three things, in this order.
People who can read a drawing. Every quotation is reviewed by a manufacturing engineer before it reaches you. That costs us margin on small enquiries, and it is the reason our first-article rejection rate stays low: problems get found at the quotation stage, not on the shop floor.
Measurement. A temperature-controlled metrology room with three bridge CMMs is an expensive thing for a shop our size. It exists because a tolerance you cannot verify is a tolerance you do not actually hold.
Process capability rather than machine count. We would rather run fifty machines properly maintained, calibrated and documented than eighty that are merely busy.
Where we are going
Certification is the current focus. Our quality system already runs the disciplines required by ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 — segregated lots, change control, documented validation — and formal certification is in progress. AS9100D follows.
We would rather tell you honestly what is certified today and what is in progress than list logos we have not earned.
Working with us
You will deal with an engineer, not a chatbot. Quotations come back within a working day with a note on manufacturability. Drawings stay confidential, NDAs are signed before file exchange if you want one, and tooling you pay for belongs to you.
If we cannot make your part to the tolerance you need, we will tell you that too — and, where we can, suggest who can.

Devis revus par un ingénieur
Chaque demande est vérifiée par un ingénieur méthodes : chaîne de cotes, épaisseurs de paroi, accessibilité outil et facteurs de coût. Vous recevez un retour DFM, pas seulement un prix.
Documenté et traçable
Certificats matière (EN 10204 3.1), rapports dimensionnels, déclarations RoHS et REACH. Chaque lot est traçable jusqu'à la matière première et à l'opérateur.
Confidentialité par défaut
Les plans sont stockés sur des serveurs à accès restreint, jamais partagés avec des tiers, et un NDA mutuel est signé avant tout transfert de fichier sur demande.
Un fournisseur, toute la chaîne
Usinage, traitement thermique, traitement de surface, marquage laser et assemblage sont coordonnés par nos soins. Moins d'interfaces, moins de retards, un seul responsable.
