The workhorse of our shop
Industrial machinery is where most of our volume sits: gearbox housings, drive shafts, cam followers, bearing blocks, conveyor rollers, tensioners, guides and the thousand unglamorous parts that keep production lines running.
Reverse engineering from a worn part
Discontinued machines still need spares. Send us a worn component and we will 3D-scan it, reconstruct the nominal geometry, compensate for wear, produce a drawing for your approval and machine a replacement. You get a documented drawing you own, not just a copy.
Sub-assembly and kitting
We assemble bearings, seals, retaining rings, dowels and fasteners into ready-to-fit sub-assemblies, test rotation and end float where relevant, and ship kitted per machine. Your fitters install rather than source.
Wear and surface treatment
Hardening, nitriding, induction hardening, hard chrome, DLC and thermal spray coatings are coordinated through qualified partners, with hardness and case depth verified and reported.
Stock and call-off
For repeating spares we hold safety stock at our facility and release against your call-off schedule, which removes both lead time and the risk of a line stoppage waiting on a bearing block.
