Development speed, production discipline
Automotive programmes live on milestone dates. A B-sample that arrives two weeks late costs more than the parts are worth. Our automotive work is scheduled against your gateway dates, with progress visible rather than promised.
EV-specific work
Battery enclosure prototypes in 6061 and 5052 with sealed weld joints, copper and aluminium busbars with plated contact faces, motor end plates and rotor components, and cooling plates with pressure-tested internal channels.
Copper busbar work is a specialty: C101 machined, deburred, tin- or silver-plated, and dimensionally verified across the full length so bolt patterns line up in a stacked assembly.
Prototype to series
Parts that begin as machined prototypes can transition to die casting, stamping or injection moulding as volume grows — we will tell you at what volume that switch pays for itself and manage the transition rather than losing the programme.
Quality documentation
PPAP Level 1 to 3 documentation, control plans, process flow diagrams, measurement system analysis and capability studies (Cp/Cpk) where your customer requires them. IATF 16949 certification is in progress; our current system already runs the disciplines.
